The AWCC – Tasmanian Pilot is designed as a dual pipeline model, simultaneously developing emerging tertiary student talent while uplifting the capability of the State Service and industry workforce.

How it works

  • Participants undertake a series of hyper-realistic CTF cyber challenges through an integrated VM and LMS

  • Combining theoretical frameworks with applied practice to develop, benchmark, and validate core cybersecurity competencies.

  • Event rounds consist of an initial 3 virtual rounds

  • The challenge is accessible 24/7 from any location

  • A $350 (ex GST) entry fee is payable per team registered; Indicuduals can register for $65 each and be allocated to a team

Who can enter?

  • Australian Tertiary Students, industry or state services employees

  • those who are 18+

  • Register as a team or Individual

  • Teams consist of 3-5

  • Organisations can enter multiple teams

  • No previous cyber experience required
